About the Role
We need an experienced Game Producer to manage our live ops team and coordinate upcoming feature releases. You will be the bridge between our creative and technical departments.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and sprint planning (SCRUM/Agile)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, art, QA, and marketing
- Monitor KPIs, retention, and monetization metrics
- Manage stakeholder communications and milestone reports
- Risk identification and mitigation planning
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer or PM in mobile gaming
- Strong understanding of mobile F2P game economy
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience reading analytics dashboards
