About the Role

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing training activities, from course scheduling and class organization to learning system management and training effectiveness evaluation. Manage training records, support new employee onboarding, and collaborate with relevant departments to continuously improve training programs and employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Training Program Implementation: Develop course schedules based on the annual training plan; coordinate with internal trainers and external training providers, including researching and comparing quotations. Organize training sessions end-to-end, from logistics, materials, and attendance tracking to post-training surveys. Manage the onboarding program for new employees.
  • Online Learning System Management: Digitize and upload courses to the learning platform; track individual employee learning hours; prepare quarterly training progress reports by department.
  • Training Records Management: Manage training certificates, training agreements, invoices, and supporting documents for external training programs in coordination with the Accounting team.
  • Training Evaluation & Improvement: Measure post-training application and effectiveness; conduct annual training needs assessments; recommend adjustments to training content and delivery methods, including in-person and online learning.
  • HR Policy Support: Communicate internal learning and development activities; support performance evaluation and promotion processes related to training criteria.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in internal training, learning & development, or academic/training coordination within an organization of 100+ employees.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with or ability to quickly learn online learning systems such as Moodle or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with trainers, managers, and subject-matter experts.
  • Knowledge of regulations related to vocational training and training agreements under Vietnamese Labor Law is a plus.
  • Experience delivering basic soft-skills training or using AI tools to develop training materials is preferred.
