Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze player trends and competitors across game genres such as Puzzle, Casual, and Midcore.
- Define the product vision and overall strategy.
- Collaborate closely with CEOs, Product Managers, and team leads to build a detailed product roadmap, including key features and UX/UI design.
- Analyze performance metrics, evaluate results, and propose optimizations to deliver the best possible player experience.
- Monitor and evaluate product quality across each release.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to operate and optimize the product.
- Track and analyze user behavior using tools such as Firebase and Google Analytics.
- Partner with the Marketing team to optimize AdMob performance and monetization strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a Product Owner (PO) or Product Manager (PM) role.
- Hands-on experience in game development, from initial concept to live operations.
- Experience with puzzle games is preferred.
- Having successfully launched game products in the market is a plus.
- Candidates with a background in the game industry (e.g., Game Designer, Data Analyst, Publishing, etc.) are preferred.
- Passion for gaming (especially mobile games) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in game narrative design and content creation is a plus.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
- Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, and creativity.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and colleagues.
