The Creative Pipeline
Every world at Horus starts with a single question: what feeling do we want the player to have? From that emotional core, our art team builds outward — mood boards, color palettes, and silhouette explorations come before a single polygon is placed.
Concept to Reality
Our 2D concept artists work hand-in-hand with the 3D modelers from day one. We use a shared Figma board to track style iterations and ensure every character, environment, and particle effect is coherent with our world's visual language.
Real-Time in Unity
We push Unity's URP to its limits — custom shaders, dynamic lighting rigs, and GPU particle systems all work together to create the cinematic look you see in our trailers. Our optimization pass ensures these visuals run at 60fps on mid-tier Android devices.
