Develop and implement a comprehensive community growth strategy for the company's mobile game.
Actively engage with players across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, etc.
Create engaging content to attract and retain players.
Write articles, create graphics, and produce videos related to the game for publication on various communication channels.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely updates.
Listen to player feedback, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
Collaborate with the technical and game development teams to resolve any arising issues.
Plan and execute in-game events.
Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics.
Provide recommendations for improvement based on data and player feedback.
Handle negative feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Manage urgent or crisis situations within the community.

Minimum 6 months of experience in a Community Manager or similar role.
Preferred: Experience in the gaming industry, especially mobile games.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Discord, etc.) and community management tools.
Ability to create engaging and creative content.
Preferred: Understanding of the gaming industry and the mobile gaming market.
Preferred: Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) (training will be provided if needed)
Basic knowledge of Canva and Capcut.

Salary: 8-12 million VND gross/month (negotiable based on experience).
