• Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions in the Game industry (PM/PO, Developers, Artists, Designers, etc.) and AI/Robotics (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Robotics Engineers, etc.).
• Proactively build and develop a high-quality talent pool within game and tech communities.
• Work directly with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements.
• Contribute to building and strengthening Employer Branding in the Game and AI industries.

• Experience in recruitment within Game, AI, Robotics, or technology companies.
• Strong sourcing skills, especially across social media and tech platforms.
• An existing network within relevant communities is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Compensation:
• Attractive income: Project bonuses + year-end bonuses of up to 18 months' salary.
