Responsibilities
I. Role Objectives
- Responsible for improving advertising performance (conversion rate, CTR, CVR) by optimizing creative assets (video & image).
- Ensure content output aligns with user insights, market trends, and the right target audience.
II. Key Responsibilities
Creative Production Management
- Develop a mindset for building and maintaining a Creative Asset Library to efficiently reuse resources.
- Have a deep understanding of ad video structure (Hook – Body – CTA) and optimize each stage based on viewer drop-off points.
- Lead and define creative concepts (visuals, videos) for advertising campaigns.
- Provide guidelines and quality standards for the Creative team.
- Ensure outputs are tailored to the specifics of each platform (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
Market & User Understanding
- Gain strong insights into users across different markets (Vietnam, SEA, Global, etc.).
- Analyze competitors, creative trends, and high-performing video formats.
Performance Optimization
- Work closely with UA/ASO teams to analyze key metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, etc.).
- Provide creative-driven insights to improve conversion and overall performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and evaluate content effectiveness.
Production Process Management
- Build a closed-loop feedback process: Data → Insight → Brief for Designers/Editors → Production → Testing.
- Develop a training roadmap to enhance the capabilities of the Creative team (Designers, Editors).
- Assign tasks to the Creative team.
- Review and approve outputs before launch.
- Handle high-pressure environments, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Reporting & Recommendations
- Lead weekly/monthly Creative Review meetings with Marketing/UA teams to align on direction (winning concepts).
- Consolidate performance results of creatives (top-performing vs. low-performing).
- Propose next steps based on data insights.
- Stay updated on market creative trends.
Requirements
1. Professional Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Art & Visual principles (layout, color, concept).
- Solid knowledge of video production (formats, pacing, storytelling).
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS, etc.).
- Good grasp of user behavior and audience preferences.
2. Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Creative or Performance Creative within Game/App/Media/Tech industries.
- Proven experience managing creative production for advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Candidates with demonstrated success in improving conversion rates are preferred.
3. Skills / Soft Skills
- Strong artistic sense (art sense).
- Ability to read and analyze data effectively.
- Capability to evaluate creative assets from a performance perspective.
- Creativity combined with logical thinking.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Experience applying AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, etc.) in the production workflow.
