Job Objective
- Create concept art for mobile games (characters, environments, items, etc.)
- Design in-game UI/UX (interfaces, icons, user flow, and overall visual experience)
- Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Developers, 3D Artists, and Animators to ensure the best visual quality and usability of the product
- Work with team members to refine and optimize the game
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong passion for mobile games targeting the global market
- Basic knowledge of color theory, composition, and perspective; able to interpret and translate game designer requirements into visual concepts
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense; quick to adapt to different art styles based on game direction; capable of analyzing, researching, and proposing suitable art styles for each product
- Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator; strong hand-drawing skills and experience using graphic tablets (knowledge of Spine, Unity, or 3D software is a plus)
- Good understanding of in-game UI/UX and user visual principles
- High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn new skills and knowledge
- Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to receive and act on feedback effectively
