GAME COMMUNITY MANAGER -

Develop a community growth strategy for the company's mobile games.
Interact with players on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, etc.
Create engaging content to attract and retain players.
Write articles and create game-related images and videos for posting on media channels.
Develop a posting schedule and ensure content is updated regularly.
Listen to, collect feedback from, and answer player questions.
Coordinate with the technical and game development departments to resolve issues.
Plan and implement in-game events.
Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics.
Provide improvement suggestions based on data and player feedback.
Handle negative feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Manage emergency situations or crises within the community.

Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
Experience in the gaming industry, especially mobile games, is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook (fan page & group), YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Discord, etc.) and community management tools.
Creative and engaging content creation skills.
Understanding of the gaming industry and the mobile game market is preferred.
Data analysis skills and experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) are preferred (training will be provided if needed).
Basic proficiency in Canva and CapCut.

Salary: 8-12 million VND gross/month (negotiable based on candidate's ability).
